How to check in by yourself

  • Check-in is self-check-in.
    Please enter your reservation number, name, or the phone number you used when making the reservation on iPad at the reception desk on the first floor. Your reservation information will then be displayed.
    Please follow the instructions on the screen.

    By registering in advance with the guest app (aipass) below,
    Check-in is possible with a QR code, making for a smooth check-in.

【Note】If you make a reservation through an overseas OTA such as Agoda, your reservation information will not be displayed unless you enter your name in alphabetical order.
