This time's guest chef, Nick Grillance, is a 28-year-old chef from Australia.
Inspired by local ingredients, flavours and Mediterranean traditions.
He has travelled the world and worked in restaurants across Australia.
He uses traditional and modern techniques learned from his various culinary experiences to create his dishes.
He is a food artist and specializes in Mediterranean cuisine.
