Check-in is self-check-in.
Please enter your reservation number and other details on iPad at the reception on the first floor to complete the procedure.
For a smooth check-in, please register in advance using the app (aipass) below.

Check-out is at 10am.
As with check-in, please use iPad to check out.
If you are staying in a room with a key, please return it to the front desk.

AVA-cafe (Collaboration cafe) is located on the first floor of our inn.
We also have lunch and bar hours.
Guests can also use it as a common space.
Please use it for chatting with family and friends.

In addition to various exhibitions and workshops, we can also accommodate a variety of other projects.

There is amenities corner next to the front desk.
This is available as an optional extra at an additional cost.
If you need one, please purchase one at the front desk.

There is a shared kitchen on the third floor exclusively for guests.
There is a large refrigerator/freezer, gas stove, microwave, and tableware.
You can prepare your own meals by procuring fresh ingredients from places such as the Sunday Market.

There is a washroom, toilet and shower for guests on the third floor.

Bedding and sheets will be provided for the number of people booked.
From the perspective of reducing environmental impact,
We recommend that you bring your own toothbrush and towel.

Each shower room and bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer.
Each bathroom is equipped with "Angina," an all-in-one soap shampoo made from 100% natural ingredients.

There are two drum-type washing machines and dryers on the rooftop.
Please use as needed.

Smoking is not permitted in this facility.
For those who smoke, there is a smoking area right next to our inn.
Please smoke in the smoking area at Obiyamachi Park.
