This time's guest chef, Nick Grillance, is a 28-year-old chef from Australia.Inspired by local ingredients, flavours and Mediterranean traditions.He is a culinary artist who has travelled the world, worked in restaurants across Australia and created dishes using traditional and modern techniques that he has learned from his varied culinary experiences. He specialises in Mediterranean cuisine.
